The Watcher (2016)  3 horns out of 8   This movie does not have Kenau Reeves in it (The Watcher 2000), but perhaps his dead pan acting could have given this movie a lift.  A couple buys a new home, but they start getting ominous notes from an unknown person. Denise Crosby (Pet Sematary) show up in the flick and gives it an extra half horn up, but she never buries Gage and no one kills Mr. Munster.   Kevin131 used this movie as a cure for insomnia and good afternoon nap, it wasn’t scary and the plot moved quite slowly. We need to put giant red X’s across anyone who tries to download this movie.  VioletHör and Kevin 131 both give it a weak 1.5 horns up put of 4.
